Due for release on Music On Vinyl are Silverchair's debut album "Frogstomp", second album "Freak Show" and their third album "Neon Ballroom" on limited edition, numbered colour vinyl.

Australian rock band Silverchair released their full-length debut album Frogstomp in 1994 when the band members were only 15 years of age. Nine days is all it took for Ben Gillies, Daniel Johns, and Chris Joannou, to record the 11 tracks with producer Kevin ‘Caveman’ Shirley (Aerosmith, Iron Maiden). The legendary debut album included “Pure Massacre”, the vinyl-only track “Blind” and their most popular single to date, “Tomorrow”.
 
Frogstomp became both a critical and commercial success shortly after its release, has since been certified double Platinum by the RIAA and paved their way to become one of Australia’s most acclaimed and successful bands in history.
 
Frogstomp is available as limited edition of 7,500 numbered copies on yellow & green marbled gatefold vinyl and contains an etched D-side. (2,000 in the UK)
 
FREAK SHOW (1LP red & black marbled vinyl)
Freak Show is the second studio album by Australian rock band Silverchair, which was originally released in 1996. 
 
The album was produced by Nick Launay, who recently worked together with Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, IDLES and the Black Rebel Motorcycle Club amongst others. This 14-track album included four singles, “Freak”, “Abuse Me”, “Cemetery” and “The Door”.
 
Freak Show is available as a limited edition of 4,000 numbered copies on red & black marbled vinyl.

NEON BALLROOM (1LP pink vinyl)
On this album the band is considered to have reached a new level of maturity, both literally and musically. By the time they recorded Neon Ballroom they reached the age of 20 and had already toured the world performing on some of the biggest stages on the planet.Musically Neon Ballroom ventures beyond the Australian trio's two previous (yet still incredibly successful) albums Frogstomp and Freak Show.
 
The group's songwriter, Daniel Johns, was grappling with Silverchair's sudden global success and he poured these experiences into a new batchof deeply personal songs (tracks such as Emotion Sickness, Miss You Love and Ana’s Song). Neon Ballroom is a truly original sounding album.Fusing heavy rock with orchestral flourishes and synthetic touches with powerfully emotional lyrics, the dark and hauntingthird album was universally acclaimed as a huge creative leap for Johns and his bandmates Chris Joannou and Ben Gillies.
