Is in overall superb condition. No rips or tears. Unfortunately has a small 'dink' to the top left-hand corner, a small scrape to the bottom right-hand corner and has a small amount of edgewear to the top centre (pictures included). If not for the minor issues it would be graded NM, but grading it as VG+.
